Established in 2004, Usmani & Co., Chartered Accountants (UCO) is an all-women accountancy practice in Pakistan. The Firm is registered with Audit Oversight Board Pakistan pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Audit Oversight Board (Operations) Regulations 2018 and is entitled to carry out audits of public interest entities in Pakistan. Usmani & Co. commonly known as UCO has its main office in Karachi-Pakistan whereas over 120 resources are based in 25 different locations in and outside Pakistan.
UCO’s strength emanates from over a decade old sound assurance services coupled with right tax advice for direct and indirect taxes and more prominently establishing digital connectivity between work from home professionals and SME sector. Our non-financial advisory services for SMEs include advice on future business plans, adequate finance function and maintaining fiscal discipline.
